Spicy CF
Reflect Greatness
A new vision of commitment
What makes a bike's reputation? Is it its revolutionary design? The range of its abilities? Probably a bit of both. Based on this duality, at the heart of Lapierre technology, the all-new Spicy CF redefines standards by blazing its own trail to overturn the laws of gravity. You no longer have a limited and divisive Enduro bike. What you have is a two-headed machine that is shattering the myth and becoming a legend.
A "2-in-1" mountain bike: the reality exceeds what was only fiction until now, thanks to an ingenious system of modular link rods that can be mounted on the same frame, with high or low pivot mounting. The new Spicy CF erases every limit and compromise. It offers an unlimited range of action: bike park, forest or rough singles, your riding will shine on every trail!
"2-in-1" mountain bike
"What Enduro rider hasn't wanted to own a High Pivot mountain bike but at the same time feared they wouldn't be able to use it on a daily basis? ” Nicolas Vouilloz, multiple DH World Champion. This is the premise on which Lapierre engineers built the Enduro bike of tomorrow: thanks to this unique High Pivot/Low Pivot concept, the demand of all athletes, and particularly those from the Lapierre Zipp Collective Enduro Team, has been heard. World Enduro Champion, Isabeau Courdurier, and Enduro U21 World Champion, Lisandru Bertini, now ride on this machine, which can take them to new heights.
There are so many ways to practise Enduro that we didn't want any limits with this new Spicy! From rolling terrain to the steepest slopes, there's bound to be a configuration that suits you.

Low Pivot or High Pivot
Actually, if we consider the full 29-inch and Mullet (rear wheel 27.5’’/front wheel 29’’) assemblies, this new platform offers four configurations! Nicolas Vouilloz: "There are so many ways to practise Enduro that we didn't want any limits with this new Spicy! From rolling terrain to the steepest slopes, there's bound to be a configuration that suits you." What will yours be?
In Low Pivot mode, the bike pedals well, remains perfectly playful while promising full commitment on all types of terrain. With its travel of 170 mm, this configuration remains popular for competitions or rough terrain requiring regular pedalling. In High Pivot mode, the objective is quite different: stability is improved and the machine pushes the rider to the limit by negotiating obstacles more effectively. The kick-back effect is mitigated by the high bearing (15T), which is compulsory in this case. Downhill, the larger travel (174 mm) makes this configuration similar to that of a "mini DH", perfect for the thrills of bike parks.
