We are Lapierre Racing Unity 2025
What makes a team united? Harmony between the riders? Its results? Our Team Lapierre Racing Unity puts an end to the discussion by enshrining this philosophy in its very name. We unite our strengths to push the limits; we unite our talent to shine together, we unite our hearts to achieve victory. This year, six riders will do all they can to show off the Team's colours in the World Cup heats, with: Chiara Teocchi, Noëlle Buri, Nina Graf, Anton Cooper, Maximilian Brandl & Tobias Lillelund. We are Lapierre Racing Unity 2025.
Maximilian Brandl - a taste for a good race
"Kochen" def.: baking, a clear passion for Maximilian Brandl. Bread, pastries, cakes... When it comes to good taste, the 27-year-old German pulls out all the stops. He adopts the same philosophy on his bike. Conscientious and methodical, he cooks up a storm on the trails. The result? Top performances in national races, but also regularly in the top 15 in the World Cup. In XCC, the recipe proved even more successful, with Maximilian coming 5th in Crans-Montana in 2024. What will he cook up in 2025?
Chiara Teocchi - in praise of consistency
Watch Chiara Teochi on a mountain bike and you'll witness a special – almost mystical – alchemy between a well-honed athlete and the strict, racy lines of her bike. Her riding skills are out of the ordinary. Just like her progress! The 28-year-old Italian, in the throes of sporting maturity, has climbed the world rankings with impressive consistency over the years. Coming 4th in 2024 in the Mairipora (Brazil) World Cup heat, the season got off to a good start for her. The end wasn't too bad either: 11th in the Paris Olympics, and above all, 16th in the overall World Cup ranking, her best career ranking ever! Will 2025 be a year of podiums with an Italian flavour?
Tobias Lillelund - an eager youngster
He would devour Maximilian Brandl's home-made bread for sure! Along with the XCO elite competition if he could. In any case, he'll be challenging them in 2025. Tobias Lillelund is in a different league, twisting along the trails, maintaining a consistent line and at ease on all types of (very) technical terrain. These are almost unheard-of skills for this Danish rider who is used to flat terrain! At just 22 years of age, with very promising results in the U23 category (3rd in the XCO & XCC World Championships in 2024, in particular), Tobias will attempt to get his share of the action among the best in the discipline. At the same time as having fun on his bike, as always.

Noëlle Buri – Seasons come and go and are never the same
Beware of the apparent calm of Noëlle. Like still waters that suddenly overturn the established order, the Swiss rider intends to splash her talent all over the World Cup circuit. The rider from Emmental has been troubled by a recurring injury that she finally seems to have got rid of. At 23 years of age, her energy and power will attempt to shine among the elite. Her aim is to finally reproduce what she did best in the U23 category: stand on the podium as a winner.
Anton Cooper - a New Zealander seeking retribution
Anton Cooper is a pure diamond of XC mountain biking, and his name would be at the top of the list if injuries and accidents hadn't hindered his progress these past two years. But, now that his mind and body are free of setbacks, the rider from Woodend is ready to do battle with destiny: this season, he will be a podium contender in the World Cup heats. He's a brilliant mentor for the Team's rookies who dream of copying his sporting exploits: several times in the top 10 overall in the World Cup and 6th place in the Tokyo Olympic Games!
Nina Graf - perpetuating the Olympic dream
Calm, studious and applied, it's easy to think of Nina Graf as a quiet force. And there's a reason. At the age of 26, she is a sure thing in German XC. So sure in fact, that at the start of the 2024 season - with a podium finish at the European Championships - she was selected for the Paris Olympic Games. Representing her country was a childhood dream come true and she finished in 16th place on the Elancourt hill event. A dream that she will continue this season on her Lapierre XR!

The XR, the bike made for racing
Two letters for one and the same passion: the XR is one of those competitors that stand out when the race is on. This aggressive cross-country MTB can tackle a variety of terrains. On scree, gravel or through undergrowth, no obstacle will stand in its way. To go fast in the Olympic MTB format, you need a racy frame that is rapid on the flat, able to absorb shocks and outwit the elements. Lapierre engineers have made this all-suspension MTB a competition reference thanks to elaborate kinematics of the carbon frame and its subtle blend of comfort/responsiveness. See you at the races with Team Lapierre Racing Unity!
