Its character asserts itself just as well in the mountains, thanks to its astonishing driveability with fluid trajectories, as on capricious coastal roads: the more sensitive compression at the start subtly erases any inconsistencies. A brute force that doesn't neglect its look: sandy colour, SE edition or forest green, everything about this bike shakes up the established codes. Thanks to its new kinematics, the Zesty CF ideally meets the new demands of All-Mountain riding. Its design evolves to adapt specifically to the changing conditions of a mountain ride. A straightened seat angle, higher head tube and shorter chainstays offer an aggressive combo to defy the elements. More rigid, but also more manoeuvrable than its peers, this ultra-versatile machine tackles obstacles with impressive composure and comes spectacularly close to the "ultimate mountain bike". For fans of adventures, it will even become essential for bikepacking tours!
Like the GLP III, Lapierre engineers have completely redesigned this bike. Starting with weight distribution, the main enemy of mountain bikers: now, the weight is tilted significantly towards the front in order to re-centre stress and improve handling. A Toolbox - placed close to the chainset - embodies this philosophy by reducing the impact of a repair kit on the bike's behaviour to practically zero.
